| hi! I'm a Filipina married to a Serbian national now residing in Serbia. My husband and I are going to Slovenia in July or August for a couple of days to visit his relatives. After that, we are going to Italy by bus or by train and stay there for a couple of days also. My question is, is there a border control or checkpoint between slovenia and italy? I'm holding a Philippine passport and I think they are quite strict with Filipinos for some reasons. I am holding a legal schengen visa Type C. The reason i asked you this is because i had a previous experience when Denmark border control (back in 1999) didnt let me in coming from Germany by car even though i had my legal schengen visa Type C multiple entry. I don't want this to happen again so i just want to make sure everything will be ok.
Thanks! |

| There is no permanent border control between Slovenia and Italy as both countries are part of the Schengen agreement.
Anyway, your Schengen visa is valid for all Schengen countries, including Italy. |
