tourist visa for a southamerican travelling to italy

I'd like you to cordially help me about this matter.

I'm Italian and I've got a Colombian girlfriend for some months. I've already been over there. She's about to graduate. She already works as a clerk in a Colombian enterprise. I'd like her to come and visit me for a brief period,say,less than 90 days. My family or I can provide her everything she needs, board and lodging and everything else. I could proof it, or even present a fidejussion. So I ask you, in your opinion, is it something likely to be accomplished or would I go through a lot of problems or a possible deny of a tourist visa?
