I'm a 30-year old single Lebanese girl with a full-time job in the media field. There are two Schengen visas on my passport (Netherlands and Finland, double entry for the latter) as well as a UK visa.
I'm planning on travelling to Belgium between October 13 and 19, the main purpose is attending a music festival in Wieze.
Two weeks ago I applied for a short-stay visa at the Belgian embassy in Beirut. The interview didn't even take 5 min, after that the lady told me to call again in less than 2 weeks and to bring with me the original plane ticket before issuing the visa. I even included the concert ticket in my visa application.
Does this mean that I got it?
I called two days ago, the person on the phone told me to call again in two days. So i called again today and he said to call again in the middle of the week.
I'm worried here, why is it taking longer than it should? Are they politely turning me down?
What if the visa isn't delivered on time?
Can I apply at another embassy simultaneously?
Thank you for your time,
